Effective Date: 6 December 2025
Last Updated: 6 December 2025
Innya Labs (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Little Kid mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you use the App. If you are a parent or legal guardian, this policy also explains how we protect children’s data and your rights regarding that information.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described here. If you disagree with this policy, please discontinue use of the App.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you sign in with Clerk, we receive your email address, display name, profile image, and unique Clerk ID. This information lets us create and maintain your Little Kid profile.

Actions such as progress tracking, quiz responses, topic requests, and other engagement within the App are recorded so we can deliver personalized content and analytics.
Device & Usage Data
We may collect device model, operating system, language, time zone, and in-app usage metrics to improve performance and user experience. We do not collect precise geolocation.

If you contact us—for example, by email—we process the information you provide to handle your request.

7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including SSL/TLS encryption in transit, secure authentication, role-based access, and regular reviews of our systems. Despite these measures, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
